Having lived in the Kansas City area for nearly 30 years, Joe Carlisle is deeply committed to giving back to his community and making a positive impact on the lives of others. Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and outreach, to the Supporting Kids Foundation (SKF) board.

Joe’s passion for supporting those in need stems from his own experiences as a foster child. Though he was too young to remember much of his early life, he recognizes the transformative power of the support he received from those who advocated for him. This experience instilled in him a deep sense of empathy and a desire to help others.

Why your passion for skf?

When the opportunity to join the SKF board arose, Joe eagerly accepted. He is excited to use his skills and experience to help the charity grow and expand its reach. Joe is particularly proud of the impact that SKF has had on the people it serves. He has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of the organization’s services, and he is committed to continuing to support SKF’s mission for years to come.

Joining the SKF board has allowed Joe to put his values into action and make a tangible difference in the lives of others. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an important cause, and he is committed to working alongside his fellow board members and the dedicated SKF team to make a lasting impact on the community.
